Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about Jen Galloway, the book Know the Organization First, articles, interviews, speaking, and professional systems work. Site content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

No professional advice or relationship

Nothing on the Site is accounting, tax, legal, financial, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating information in light of your own circumstances and, when appropriate, consulting a qualified professional. Visiting the Site or submitting the contact form does not create a client, consulting, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any professional engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by the parties.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Jen Galloway MISM LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, systematically extract, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Book titles, cover images, excerpts, publisher marks, and third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Brief quotations and links to the Site are welcome when they are accurate, properly attributed, and do not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, overload the Site, or disrupt its operation.
  • Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, infringe another party’s rights, or use automated means to collect Site content in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Contact-form submissions

You are responsible for information you submit through the contact form. Do not send passwords, customer records, financial details, health information, trade secrets, or other confidential or sensitive material. We may use your submission to review and respond to your inquiry, but we are not obligated to accept an engagement, proposal, or request.

Third-party links and purchases

The Site may link to booksellers, publishers, social networks, or other third-party services. Those services are independent, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

The Site does not currently process book purchases or other payments directly. If you purchase a book or service through a third party, that transaction is governed by the third party’s terms, policies, pricing, fulfillment, and refund rules.

Accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful, current information, but we do not guarantee that Site content is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for every purpose. We may change, remove, or suspend content or Site functions without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jen Galloway MISM LLC and its owner, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
