Get the results you bought the tools for.

You invested in tools to make work easier and your business stronger. Jen Galloway helps you get more from AI, Salesforce, and Zuora: better sales conversations, smoother fulfillment, reliable billing, and better cash flow. Practical support, focused on your business, without unnecessary complexity.

NOW ACCEPTING PILOT CUSTOMERS

More of the right prospects talking to sales.

Get past the AI hype and put it to work for your business. Generic messages and unreliable output can leave your team doing more work to correct it. Jen helps you pursue the results you expected from AI, with your industry, customers, and business needs at the center.

The Qualified Prospect Pilot focuses on more worthwhile conversations with prospects who have a relevant need and a reason to talk. For businesses with an established offer, the aim is more time selling, less time rewriting generic outreach, and fewer dead ends.

Practical help for the work between systems.

Unreliable reports, billing discrepancies, and broken handoffs are reasons to look at the whole process. Jen helps define the business rules, connect the data, and build or improve the workflows behind it, from Salesforce implementation and ongoing support to Zuora billing and bookings-to-billings checks.

We begin with a conversation about your organization, the problem you need to solve, and the result that would make the work worthwhile. Scope, pricing, and timing are agreed together.

AI-assisted research, analysis, prototyping, and documentation support that work, with source data, testing, and business judgment guiding delivery.

Know the Organization First by Jen Galloway

Know the Organization First

The OrgTech Series • Book One

Most system problems are visible long before anyone approves a software project. They appear as repeated requests, manual corrections, confusing reports, inconsistent decisions, and work that depends on one person’s memory.

Know the Organization First shows systems professionals and business leaders how to connect those signals to the business process that needs attention, define the result the organization actually needs, and keep development aligned with that result.

The work comes before the tool

Software can support a business decision, but it cannot make an unclear decision reliable. Before fields, workflows, reports, or integrations are built, the organization needs to understand how the work begins, where responsibility changes, which facts must remain dependable, and what should happen when the normal process does not apply.

Jen brings decades of experience across accounting, customer systems, contracts, billing, tax, reporting, integrations, and automation. That experience helps her get to the relevant questions quickly: how your business is different, what needs to work reliably, and what should be customized.

Accounting taught me to follow the consequences. Systems taught me to follow the work.

Jen began as the person in the accounting department who understood the technology. She later became a controller and then moved fully into business systems. That path gave her a view of both sides of a system decision: how the work is performed and what happens downstream when the information is incomplete, late, or wrong.
